Like River!
My name is Motues.
Why is my personal intro titled Like River? Maybe it’s to remember someone, maybe to forget something, maybe… Anyway, there’s a long story behind it, one worth sharing slowly with you. I’ll keep updating this space with those stories.
As for why I chose Motues? It just popped into my head while coding in high school. After all, every OIer has their own unique English name.
Life is an endless journey forward, constantly beginning anew. Gradually, we start to forget many people, many things…
Some say that’s just how life is—we meet so many people and experience so many things over a lifetime, how could we possibly remember them all? But words don’t fade with time; perhaps that’s the unique power of writing.
This is the purpose behind creating this blog: a sanctuary, a cozy little home, a repository for the memories I’m gradually forgetting. When I revisit these words, I hope they’ll help me recall those blurred, untouchable fragments…
